4 Identification of Instruments

The images of the instruments presented on the site are representative, but are not contractual. Indeed, the artisanal nature of these instruments means that the manufacturer, for the sake of quality, or because of the availability of quality materials, can make a different choice (another wood for example).

For instruments belonging to the Custom category, since it is the customer who defines the characteristics of the instrument he orders, the images are representative in terms of quality, and are not contractual.

In the event that the Luthier chooses another material, the customer will be informed by Makam Studio before the start of manufacture.

Makam Studio cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product, or a material necessary for its realization.

5 Instrument prices

The prices of the Instruments are presented, all taxes included, and excluding transport costs. These prices may change depending on the manufacturing constraints of our luthiers (increase in the cost of materials in particular).

For Custom instruments, prices are variable depending on the characteristics chosen by the customer.

6 Order

The customer can place an order on the website www.makamstudio.com, by email, or by phone.

To validate the order, the customer must identify himself by filling out an information form, indicating his name, first name, email address, postal address, delivery address and telephone number (for delivery in particular).

The customer, before placing an order, will have read the GTC.

Once the customer's personal information and the subject of his order have been the subject of a written confirmation, this will constitute proof of the transaction carried out, and will signify the customer's unreserved acceptance.

7 Payment of the order

The customer who places an order makes his payment by credit card. The cards accepted for the payment of the order are as follows: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

The order is considered paid once the central bank card network validates the transaction. Otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.
